The following cancellation terms are only for consumers on delivery of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium:

Right of cancellation
You may revoke your contract statement within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Forum China, Dirk Meyer, phone: +49 -221-1301315, email: info[at]forum-china.de) by means of a clear explanation (e.g., consigned by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed specimen form for that, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the time limit for cancellation, it is sufficient to post the message about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the withdrawal deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we refund you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the very low standard delivery offered by us) immediately, at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we have received the message of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case you will be charged fees for this refund.
The right of cancellation expires in a contract for the supply of digital content on a non-tangible disk, if the entrepreneur has started the execution of the contract, after the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins with the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal by his/her agreement with the start of execution of the contract.

Did you request the services to begin during the withdrawal period, so you have to pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the share of the service, compared to the total extent of the service as provided in the contract, already provided up to the date on which you notify us of the execution of the right of withdrawal.
The right of cancellation expires in a contract for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has performed the service fully and has started the execution of the service only after the consumer has given his explicit consent, and has confirmed at the same time his knowledge that he loses his right of cancellation with the complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
